In the garden…

I was out in the garden this morning, just pottering about. It’s really looking like Spring.

The strawberries I planted just yesterday are already starting fruit

The herb garden is doing so well. This is rosemary.

They say "once you have lupins, you'll always have lupins." I planted some seed a few years back. Now they're everywhere, although not flowering yet.

The garden is flowers - everywhere!

The garden is flowers – everywhere!

And everywhere I look, the rhododendrons are a burst of colour!

I’m looking forward to the warmer weather setting in permanently – at the moment it’s still sketchy. The sheep need a shear and it won’t happen next week, as we’re expecting rain, and you can’t shear wet sheep! But things are moving, the chickens are laying like crazy, the new lambs are growing, and so is the garden.

The world is full of life, and warmth is returning.

Spring is here! 🙂
